We look for cash-flowing properties to invest in while making money for our investors, all while trying to provide affordable clean housing for the communities of the Northwest United States.

Erik Long

Erik has been investing for several years in the Eugene/Springfield Oregon area. and has property management experience as well as project management flipping houses.

Where we invest!

Typically we invest in the cities within the pacific northwest, more specifically, Portland, Seattle, Eugene, Bend. We will invest farther out of those areas on occasion, it just depends on the deal at hand.

We do try and find areas that are on the rise, meaning more people are moving to those areas, and companies are moving in as well.
