Hands-Off
With hands off investing, we take care of finding, and negotiating the deal. We will take care of the entire management process and setup a business organization and bank account. This is a great way for someone looking to invest in real estate but does not want to deal with the headaches of managing real estate. Often this option we will hav multiple partners on one deal.
Hands-On
When you choose to be a hand on investor, you will be more involved with the deal, meaning we will be 50/50 partners in finding, negotiating and managing the deal. This option is great for people who want to be involved in the process and day to day operations of the investment property.

Residential can be single family homes, and multi family ranging from 2 units and go all the way to large apartment complexes, although these are also considered commercial properties.

In residential we like to find value add properties that we can purchase for a low price and can then turn around and use the property as a short or long term rental.
